Manufacture and supply of sanitary relief valves and vacuum breakers as well as high capacity rapid acting pressure relief devices. The QUICKCLEAN sanitary relief valve was developed with leading Biotech and Pharmaceutical companies. This unique design allows for CIP with the valve disc flush with the flat surface of the inlet. All machined surfaces meet or exceed 3A standards. The valve can be quickly and easily disassembled for sterilisation and reassembled without affecting the set pressure of the safety relief valve. The Quick Clean Sanitary relief valve is a soft seat, modulating valve with set pressures from 10 psig to 200psig. The valve achieves a rapid blow down ratio of about 5% and regains its bubble tight seal when it re-closes. The SFT Quick Clean is available in sanitary clamp sizes 1.5", 2",2.5" and 3". This relief valve is also available as a vacuum breaker for vacuum relief and also for non-sanitary configurations. |  |
