About Us / Whats New

BACKGROUND - Key People and Goals

The company was established on 25th January 1999.During the first 3 months of operation, the company established exclusive agency agreements with Elmac Engineering, Herberts Industrieglas, Mid-West Instrument , Brilex and F.H.Papenmeier who became "founding" Principles. Except for Mid-West Instrument which already had a base in Australia for more than 30 years, the others had no representaton in Australia. CMC Technologies became self financing within 6 months of operation. From a small home operation in 1999, CMC Technologies moved to a brand new 260m2 factory unit next to the Green Square precinct in Alexandria, close to Mascot train Station. This enabled the hiring of new employees and expansion of the business base as well as the expansion of the product base with more exclusive agency agreements. In 2007 CMC Technologies is able to provide its customers with the full capablities in 5 main areas:

Explosion and Overpressure Protection

Vision in the Process

Flow Measurement

Pressure,Differential Pressure, Temperature and Air Filtration/Drying

Analytical detection and online Measurement

The close proximity of CMC Technologies to Sydney Airport and its freight forwarders enables the company to provide premium service to its customers in Australia , New Zealand and throughout the Asia Pacific region.

The Company is centrally based in the Sydney Metropolitan area only a few minutes from Sydney Airport and the CBD. CMC Technologies markets its products throughout Australia, New Zealand and ASIA. The company continues to be self financing and seeks experienced staff to provide service and technical support to its customers. It invests in the training of its staff via specific factory training at manufacturer's plants in Europe and USA.
